RELB 107: Daniel and Revelation- A Survey

This course offers a comprehensive survey of the prophetic books of Daniel and Revelation, examining their historical contexts, literary structures, symbolic language, and theological messages. Emphasis is placed on understanding prophetic symbolism, apocalyptic literature, and the relevance of these prophecies for the church today. Students will examine key interpretative approaches, identify parallels between Daniel and Revelation, and explore their eschatological implications within both historical and contemporary Christian thought.
