MY ROLE MODEL IS MOSES
Moses is my role model in the Bible because of his character and way of leadership.
Raised in the palace with high status, but decided to follow the will of God. Not accepting the worldly pleasures.
MOSES HAD A DISTINCTIVE QUALIFICATION THAT MAKES MY MODEL;
°HUMILITY-
he acknowledged his own limitations and sought guidance from God as well as from others like Jethro, his father in-law.
°EMPATHY-
he displayed empathy for the suffering of his people, interceding with Gordon their behalf and listening to their grievances.
°COURAGE-
he faced Pharaoh with courage, demanding the release of the Israelites, even in the face of opposition.
°WISDOM-
demonstrated wisdom in resolving conflicts, delegating tasks to trusted leaders and guiding the Israelites through challenges.
°DELEGATION-
he was able to effectively delegate responsibility to others.
°FAITH-
his unwavering faith in God enabled him to trust in God’s guidance and persevere through difficulties.
°PATIENCE-
displayed patience in leading a large and often complaining group of people through the wilderness
