1)Sporting
This is a program which brings people of all ages,tribes and even races together for only one purpose;to play and compete in sporting activities.
The youths play against themselves,the old verses the old,and even the disabled persons play against each other.All the mentioned groups can also play interchangeably eg the youth verses the old.
2) Sporting is important and improves health in that the body is made active.
a)Improves brain health -while sporting the body is vigorous and this makes oxygenated blood to flow to the brain thus curing insomnia among others and improving health.
b) Digestion: Sporting can help in alleviating signs of irritable bowel Syndrome (IBS)
C) Chest congestion- by sporting the lungs are engaged and this help in improved breathing by opening air spaces in the lungs.
These among others are some of the benefits of sporting in improving health.
3)This could be made even better if funds were allocated to support locals in buying sport gear, introducing trophies for the winning teams and even providing food when people attend the games.
