My role model is Daniel.
Daniel remained firm and decisive in all areas of his life even amidst the oppression of the Babylonians.
a)Wise in diet-he humbly requested not to enjoy in the kings delicacies.After a long journey to captivity this youth knew that their bodies needed to rest and repair itself and asked if they would be served with vegetables which would be easier to digest,loaded with vitamins and minerals and not tire their bodies.
b) Composed and firm in faith-even when given a Babylonian name that did not make him shift his faith in God.He was deliberate in worshipping his God in an idolators nation thus bringing an impact to many.
c) Fearless -he never wavered even in the lions den and worshipped God even in the least expected place.
These among others make him a perfect role model to me.
