    1.I can urge people to observe their diet, by making kitchen gardens,since most of diseases are acquired through what we put to our mouth,so there’s need to put out in our menu junk foods,and street foods which is the major cause of non communicable diseases (eg diabetes , pressure etc).
    2. And the importance of cultivating one own food will help in eradicating some diseases,and also good for food security,and surplus taken to market.
    3.educate the community importance of medical check ups ,and education on organic farming skills.

    During patriarchal period they had a culture of story telling, which they used to pass information to the next generations,also they practiced trading because we see a clear evidence when Ishmaelite s caravan were passing through from Gilead to Egypt with their Carmel loaded with spices,balm and myrrh,and Jacob children decided to sell their brother Joseph to Ishmaelite s (Genesis 37:25-27).that also proves patriarch existed in a certain geographical area
