Translation is the change of language from a not commonly known language to a a language that is acknowledged by a good or section of people within a certain geographical area.

The primary goal for translation is to ensure that the crucial information is being passed to all people while the original message is not altered in any way.

Translation is not about substitution of words for the following reasons.
1. It seeks to involve clear understanding of the underlying means and the interest of the original text that has been used.
2. It doesn’t focus to linguistic aspect of the translation, but also the grammatical aspect which are important for a successful structure in the transformation while considering the cultural context and stylistic elements.
3. It is not correct for it implies that translation is mainly a technician aspect. As the technical skills are important for effective translation requires creativity cultural sensitivity and understanding the targeted audience.
