The understanding that Bible translators endeavoured to maintain the contents of the original message as accurate as possible, leads me to appreciate the definition of translation as both the process and product of the same process. It is a process demanding a lot of research, consultations and reviews to ensure the product is accepted in the community targeted for it respects their language beauty and culture of the readers.
This leads me to appreciate the product (version of Bible), respecting the scholars involved in the time the process was undertaken.
It calls me to do some good study before conducting a Bible study.

My understanding on this subject is basically.
1.Enables the reader of the bible,or the hearer to recieve and understand the message solely as is contained,authentic in nature,in his /her own words without
changing its original meaning.it is saying the same thing in a different language maintaining meaning and accuracy.
2.Because translation can
change the meaning alter,theme, content resulting to even confusion and injury .
3.Translation should and must maintain a clear cut,assent,showcase trust,and even convey confidence in the reader or hearer
4.Translation must be authentic,be seasoned, revealing true intent, reasons and purpose of the sayer,reflecting on cultural background , proper understanding of idioms and syntax

Translation is retelling, as exactly as possible, the meaning of the original message in a way that will be understood by the speakers of the language into which the translation is being made

• Spreading the Gospel:
By translating the Bible, translators facilitate the sharing of the Christian message and the opportunity for people to learn about Jesus and his teachings in their own language.
• Equipping the Church:
Bible translation empowers local churches to engage with the scriptures, preach, and teach, strengthening their understanding and practice of faith.

Bible translation can also contribute to increased literacy and education within communities, as people learn to read and understand their own languages through the scriptures.
The primary goal of Bible translation is to make the scriptures accessible and understandable in people’s native languages, enabling them to read, preach, and teach the Word of God effectively, ultimately fostering faith and understanding of the Gospel message.
• We translate for clarity of the language for the least person to understand the language used .

• Translation is not just word-by-word translation of text from one language to another; it is putting the soul of a text into the body of another
• Translation involves the process of rendering text or speech from one language into another while preserving its meaning, context and nuances.

PRIMARY GOAL FOR TRANSLATION
To make information from one language understandable to people who speak a different language.
